Ashley Moriah Minton has always loved to bake. She is well known in the community for her delicious cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies and other tasty treats. Whenever there is a celebration, Ashley's baked goods are an anticipated treat.

In 2010, Ashley's family and friends convinced her to share her magical baking talent with the community-at-large. Ashley had opened a personal chef business in 2010, so she knew she could make it work. In the summer of 2010, Ashley's husband Brad helped her to start a special order sweets business.  Ever since, Minton's has been a  go to for many Lexington natives to get their sweet fix. 

Consistent quality, an electric personality, and plenty of new products to try have made Minton's  the favorite place for tasty treats in Lexington.
